Love You to Pieces has the same clear base and matte micro-glitter as Blue Beaded, just in a different color scheme. Love You to Pieces has purple, red and white micro-glitter. I used two coats over Essie Full Steam Ahead.
Indoors without flash:
I haven't seen the Modern Mosaic collection in brick and mortar stores, but it's available at Head 2 Toe Beauty and Transdesign.
