Rock Candy is the next polish from the Frosted Gumdrops collection. It has the same problem as Blueberry Fizz--too much glitter and not enough matte for contrast. The formula was on the thick side, but it still flowed easily and stayed where I put it. Rock Candy was opaque in two coats and dried in 20 minutes.
